Job Description

We are a pioneering professional agency focusing on fundraising consultancy and donor recruitment for charitable organizations. Currently, we focus on a face-to-face (F2F) donor recruitment program. We serve various well-known international charities. Our mission is to help expand fundraising capacity of NGOs so as to increase their resources and ultimately to promote healthier social services in the community.

Duties

(A) Project & Admin

  • Donation Form Processing – including validation, accuracy check and filing
  • Donor Phone Calls – conduct random phone calls to donors for collecting feedback on the performance of frontline staff
  • Data entry – input result data into a project analysis file and compile different performance analysis reports
  • Marketing Collateral – inventory control and maintenance of good condition

(B) HR support

  • Support frontline staff recruitment and personnel file management
  • Support calculate payroll, performance bonus and MPF for about 50 staff
  • Responsible for office facilities management and provide administrative support to office, e.g. greeting to visitors, order of pantry supplies, control of stationery stock, office equipment maintenance, photocopy, filing and scanning etc
  • Perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs)
  • Prepare cheque payments to suppliers and petty cash to colleague
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as required
  • Help KS Club activities and update the KS Facebook and IG

Requirements

  • Preferrably university graduated with 1 year of solid working experience, in particular in the sales, PR or marketing field; newly university graduated candidates are welcome;
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written; and well versed in computer knowledge: such as EXCEL, Powerpoint, Canva, English and Chinese word processing
  • Able to maintaining strong communications with all levels of staff;
  • Take initiative, high accuracy and organized;
  • Independent, able to manage multi-tasks and meeting tight deadlines
  • Immediate available and welcome fresh graduates are welcome
