Job Description
  • Degree holder with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or other office software
  • Excellent in spoken & written in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the CS team, including processing orders, following up on customer inquiries, and preparing reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any issues they may have
  • Organize and analyze sales data to provide business insights
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals
