Provide tailored recommendations on residential and commercial/industrial properties based on client criteria such as location, budget, property age, etc.
Assess the quality of secondary market properties, including evaluation of interior conditions, neighborhood, foot traffic (for commercial spaces), and overall community amenities.
Guide clients through end-to-end property purchasing and leasing procedures in Hong Kong.
Serve as the main point of contact for high-net-worth mainland Chinese clients, ensuring a premium and culturally attuned service experience.
Support clients in coordinating with law firms and banks for documentation, mortgage applications, and related legal/financial processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developer sales processes for new primary market properties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3–5 years of experience in real estate advisory, sales, or related fields. Candidates with a media background specializing in property columns will also be considered.
Strong familiarity with Hong Kong’s residential and commercial/industrial property landscape.
Experience in serving high-net-worth individuals, especially from mainland China, is highly preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English and Cantonese is a plus.
Possession of an Estate Agent (Individual) License or Estate Salesperson License is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
