Freelance Product Designer

The Role

We are seeking a Freelance Product Designer to join our team on a project basis. This role is ideal for a designer who can move seamlessly from concept to execution, and who is comfortable working across product design, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts and turn them into products ready for production.
• Create prototypes and visuals to support marketing and promotion campaigns.
• Design packaging, graphics, and branding assets for products and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure production quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to product launches across online platforms and offline activations.
• Research materials, market trends, and user needs to inform design decisions.
• Support cross-functional projects that integrate product, branding, and event design.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Product Design (or related discipline).
• 3–5 years’ experience in product and/or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design for products and promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SolidWorks (or equivalent).
• Strong project management skills: able to balance creativity with deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a strong advantage.
• A proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented, "can-do" attitude.
