Duties:2. Lead the overseas market in user growth and content operation, including but not limited to tarot, astrology, and eight characters in Chinese astrology; content distribution, creator incentives, and commercialization path design;
5. Monitor industry dynamics and competitive products, quickly adjust operating strategies, and ensure platform competitiveness in niche markets.
Requirements:1. More than 5 years of internet product/operating experience, those who have experience in short videos, social platforms or esoteric/pan-entertainment industry are preferred;
2. Familiar with mainstream global markets (such as Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States) content consumption habits, with cross-cultural operation sensitivity;
3. Strong data-driven thinking, able to locate problems and formulate solutions through data analysis, and familiar with using SQL/Excel/Tableau/Axure/xmind tools;
5. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to adapt to international team collaboration, and those with entrepreneurial spirit are preferred.
