We are a well-established FMCG company with a strong presence in personal care and household disinfection categories. To support brand growth and strengthen local market relevance, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support brand development, campaign execution, and integrated marketing activities.
This role plays a key execution and coordination function within the marketing team, with strong exposure to Hong Kong market localization, consumer insights, and trend-driven campaigns. The successful candidate will combine hands-on execution capabilities with sound marketing judgment, particularly in KOL marketing, social content, and digital storytelling, to ensure campaigns are relevant, effective, and well executed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy and annual marketing plans for assigned product lines, managing the portfolio across positioning, pricing strategy, promotion planning, and lifecycle management.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and e-commerce channels, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
Ensure marketing campaigns and content are localized for the Hong Kong market and aligned with local culture, trends, and consumer conversations.
Coordinate closely with sales and e-commerce teams to support marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives.
Support product development and launch activities, including coordination with R&D, packaging, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, social buzz, and emerging consumer topics in Hong Kong while tracking campaign performance, brand health, and ROI.
Use data to generate actionable insights and optimization plans, continuously refining strategies to capture new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Provide day-to-day marketing support and handle ad-hoc projects to support overall business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of FMCG marketing experience, preferably in personal care, household, hygiene, or health-related categories.
Solid experience in brand support, campaign execution, and product marketing.
Proven hands-on experience in KOL marketing and social media marketing, particularly Instagram and Reels.
Strong content and video sense; basic video editing knowledge is an advantage.
Good understanding of Hong Kong market trends, consumer behavior, and local cultural topics.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working across teams.
Experience working closely with sales and e-commerce teams is highly preferred.
