Job Description:
1.Be responsible for major account sales, understand customer needs and promote products;
2.Track market trends, keep abreast of changes in customer needs in a timely manner, and provide targeted sales solutions;
3.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of major account orders;
4.Maintain and expand the business volume of existing major accounts, develop new major accounts, and expand the company's market share;
5.Analyze the sales situation of major accounts, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to increase sales;
6.Achieve the sales targets and performance indicators set by the company;
7.Prepare relevant sales reports and report the sales situation of major accounts to the company's management in a timely manner;
8.Be able to write and implement market promotion plans.
Job Requirements:
1.Have experience in channels in past work, with exposure to Hong Kong Wellcome or 7-11 convenience stores, and a clear understanding of the operation status and ideas of these channels;
2.Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently developing customers and achieving sales targets;
3.Have relevant product or target market experience and resources (such as experience in developing and following up major accounts in the Hong Kong and Macao FMCG industry, or having worked in procurement and supplier development in the aforementioned customer companies) is preferred;
4.Be able to independently organize and handle project meetings related to customers;
5.Have good business development capabilities and business negotiation skills, strong public relations awareness, a strong sense of career, team spirit, and the ability to handle affairs independently.
