Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer (Contract) to join our IT team.

The successful candidate will support enterprise network operations and assist in maintaining stable and secure infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues

• Assist in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices (Cisco / Huawei preferred)

• Work closely with internal teams to support IT infrastructure tasks and projects

• Monitor network performance and assist in incident response

• Document procedures and follow established ITIL or company-specific processes

• Learn and apply enterprise-grade networking and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or system support

• Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade networking devices (Cisco, Huawei, etc.) or cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

• Detail-oriented with strong task execution capabilities

• Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred

• Sponsorship of a Hong Kong work visa is not required.

Employment Terms

• Contract Position (initial 12 months, with possible extension)
