Data Center Technician (IT)

Working location: Pinchau/ Chai Wan/ Shatin

Duties include:

Data center operations and maintenance

• Complete daily operations according to the standard operating procedure to ensure SLA

• Complete on-site operations work according to work orders and business needs.

Server failure handling and vendor collaboration

• Responsible for server fault diagnosis and repair within the IDC

• Follow up and coordinate with manufacturers for maintenance work

Network device maintenance and cabling support

• Responsible for IDC internal network device debugging and daily fault handling

• Perform a small amount of basic wiring work

IDC Daily inspection and abnormal reporting

• Complete the scheduled inspection, record and feedback any abnormal conditions

Job Requirements

• 1 year or more of IDC on-site maintenance experience

• Familiar with common brand servers, network devices, optical modules and optical fibers

• Able to quickly diagnose and solve system, hardware, and network failures

• Have cross-department and team collaboration skills

• Fluent Mandarin

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa
