Call Center Site Operator Telephone Operator

Working range:

-Handling customer phone inquiries

-Provide service support to customers (no sales/COLD CALL required)

-Support the customer service department with related work (such as: data input and other general office work)

Requirements:

-Secondary school graduation or above

-Have basic computer operations knowledge

-Preference will be given to those with relevant work experience

-Welcome fresh graduates with retail or customer service work experience to apply

Working location:

-Kowloon Bay

Benefits:

-Working 5-6 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:50am - 17:00pm, Saturday 8:50am - 12:45pm (long and short weeks)
