Follow up and visit customers in a timely manner, understand and explore customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, ; 4. Patience to listen to customer needs and provide timely feedback; 5. Actively and proactively maintain and promote the company's good image, and implement the service concept; 6. Able to independently complete other daily tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. More than three years of customer service work experience, strong oral (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) and written communication skills, and the ability to creatively solve problems; 3. Have strong communication skills, coordination skills, and good affinity; 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, dedication, team spirit, and honesty and trust; 5. Have sales skills and sales awareness; 6. Have good innovative spirit, solid and serious, high work efficiency, good insight and work habits; 7. Have strong learning awareness, and skillfully handle various difficult problems.
