Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and executing overall market promotion activities for medical beauty brands, covering the formulation, implementation and effectiveness tracking of online and offline integrated publicity strategies
Comprehensive management of brand daily operations on major social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.) , including content planning, regular updates, fan interaction and response, and community management
Write and edit various promotional materials, including advertising copy, poster design concepts, promotional magazines, short film scripts, etc., to ensure brand consistency and appeal
Monitor and analyze key market promotion activity data (such as exposure rate, interaction rate, conversion rate, etc.), regularly submit data reports, and propose specific optimization suggestions
Coordinate internal teams (such as medical, customer service, design) and external cooperation units (such as KOLs, media, production companies), promote market solutions efficiently, and maintain brand image consistency and market influence

Work requirements

Have excellent communication and expression skills and cross-departmental coordination and organizational abilities, and be able to independently lead market projects from planning to execution
Applicants with basic art design, short film editing or shooting experience are preferred
Highly enthusiastic about the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, those with Chinese and Western medical aesthetics or related healthy beauty industry work experience are especially welcome
College education level, must hold a higher diploma or associate's degree; with 1 to 3 years of marketing promotion or digital marketing-related work experience
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, with a full-time job, and able to report to the office in causeway bay on time (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday)
