Project Planning and Preparation Leader

<p>Responsible for the planning and construction of a cryptocurrency mine from scratch, including site selection, scale determination, technology selection, etc.</p><p>Develop a construction budget that covers equipment purchase, site leasing, personnel deployment, and other expenses.</p><p>Construction implementation and coordination</p><p>Form a mining camp construction team, supervise infrastructure construction, and ensure construction quality.</p><p>Responsible for the purchase, transportation, installation and commissioning of mining machines and related equipment.</p><p>Operations Management and Optimization</p><p>Establish a mine site operations management process, monitor daily operating data, and improve mining efficiency.</p><p>Organize employee training, write operating reports, and provide support for company decisions.</p><p>Safety and compliance management</p><p>Ensure mining site construction and operation are legal and compliant, establish safety management systems, and ensure asset and data security.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Professional background and experience</p><p>Bachelor's degree or above, related major is preferred.</p><p>3 years of experience in building and operating cryptocurrency mines, with a complete project history from scratch.</p><p>Familiar with mainstream digital currency mining technologies and equipment, and proficient in mining farm infrastructure construction.</p><p>Management skills and team collaboration</p><p>Have excellent project management, team management, and communication and coordination skills.</p><p>Technical skills and innovative awareness</p><p>Proficient in relevant software tools, with strong learning abilities and innovative awareness.</p><p>Other requirements</p><p>Have good professional ethics and dedication, be able to withstand work pressure, adapt to travel or on-site work.
