PQE - Hong Kong Based

This a full-time role starts from 2 years' engagement in Hong Kong. We are open to consider candidates from Mainland China and Malaysia market and sponsor Hong Kong work visa.

Responsibility

As a Product Quality Engineer（PQE）, you will be responsible for automating failure analysis from NPI （new product introduction） phase of product life cycle through End of Life (EOL).

The primary objective is to collaborate with cross functional teams to manage and resolve customer complain and escalation for the NVIDIA Embedded TegraSoC devices.

Moreover, you will also need to support root cause identification and drive for corrective action implementation.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent education.

Minimum 3+ years of customer quality experience in electronics products.

Experience in quality operation in RMA.

Strong ability on data analysis and familiar with QA analysis tools. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
