Duties:
2. Consultation and Scheme Recommendation: In-depth understanding of customers (parents/students)’ needs for academic advancement and educational resources, and recommending appropriate primary and secondary school entrance courses, education programs and service packages, as well as providing personalized consultation and advice;
3. Sales activity execution: Prepare relevant sales materials, product demonstration presentations and promotional materials, and provide clear course information, admission services process and value-added services to customers;
4. Customer relationship maintenance: Maintain continuous communication with signed customers, timely respond to and address their issues and needs throughout the learning and service cycle, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
6. Specific regional service support (such as Hong Kong): Provide daily life, educational resources and relevant policy consulting to customers with Hong Kong travel needs, and provide corresponding solutions based on customers' personalized needs;
7. Market feedback and optimization: Follow up on customer feedback and market dynamics, and regularly feed back potential needs and improvements to the team to optimize products and services.
Requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, Hong Kong university background is preferred;
2. Sales background: Have at least 2 years of education industry-related sales or consulting experience, those who have in-depth understanding of the primary and secondary school enrollment field are preferred;
3. Strong communication skills: Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to use phones, videos and online social tools to communicate with customers;
4. Customer service awareness: Have strong customer-oriented awareness, be able to listen carefully and respond quickly to customer needs, and provide accurate and thoughtful education solutions;
5. Goals and execution: Have a strong sense of goal and execution, be good at self-motivation and maintaining a good work state under high pressure;
6. Team collaboration and learning ability: Have a good team spirit, be able to closely cooperate with the internal team; maintain a learning attitude, and constantly update education industry knowledge and sales strategies.
