We are seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Watashi Create Limited. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our language centre by providing a range of clerical and reception duties on a full-time basis.
Job features
Greet customers and handle enquiries from call, text or walk-in guests in a friendly and professional demeanour.
Communicate with teachers and students to arrange lessons timely and precisely.
Maintain smooth daily operations of the centre.
Provide general office administrative work and clerical support.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) N3 or above, able to communicate in Japanese.
Good telephone manners and communication skills.
Good command in spoken and written Japanese, English and Cantonese.
Proficient in MS office.
Detail-minded and a good team player.
1-year receptionist or customer service background is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
