Position: International Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the effort to identify, evaluate, and penetrate new overseas markets for physical vapor deposition (PVD) machines.
2. Develop strategic business plans tailored to international market demands and customer needs.
3. Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer preferences in target regions.
4. Maintain the business customers (only do to b)
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience in international business development or sales within the machinery or technology sector.
2. Strong understanding of physical vapor deposition technology and its applications is preferred.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and present effectively in cross-cultural environments.
4. Ability to travel internationally as needed to build relationships and attend trade shows or exhibitions.
5. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in global markets.
6. B2B sales proven experience is preferred.
Bonus Structure:
A performance-based bonus system is in place, offering percentage bonuses tied directly to the sales volume results achieved in developing new international business opportunities.
