Duties include:
1. Responsible for managing projects in the entry and exit periods, leading the team, participating in the exit strategy of the project under his responsibility and implementing it after approval, and pushing and completing the exit work according to the set time and return target;
4. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with the invested enterprises, relevant cooperative parties and downstream network, including but not limited to law firms, FA, asset management companies, S funds, other investment institutions, etc., promote cooperation, and push forward the exit process;
5. Responsible for supervising the progress of exit, paying attention to and managing corresponding risks including PR risk and business risk, and adjusting strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes;
6. Guide and lead the team to solve problems in the exit execution work, and report to seek guidance and support in time when encountering difficult problems;
7. Coordinate internal resources, including legal, financial, tax, etc. teams, to support various exit-related activities;
8. Regularly report to management on exit progress, providing strategic advice;
9. Lead and manage the exit team, including recruiting, training and guiding team members, to ensure the team operates efficiently.
Position requirements
1. At least 8 years of private equity investment, post-investment management, investment banking or related field work experience; those with successful exit case experience will be given priority;
2. In-depth understanding and familiarity with various exit ways and processes in the primary market, with strong investment analysis and judgment ability;
3. Good communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate and cooperate with all parties to solve problems;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability and self-motivation, able to effectively work under high pressure and achieve goals;
5. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to effectively motivate team members and push work progress;
6. Have curiosity, be willing to challenge yourself, and constantly explore new fields;
7. Fluent in Chinese and English, excellent writing skills in Chinese and English;
8. Bachelor's degree or above from a top university.
