Job Responsibilities<br><br> <ul> <li>Discover and screen potential investors, and actively promote domestic youth hostel bed and room project investment cooperation opportunities.</li> <li>Through market research, industry analysis, and personal network expansion, we can accurately target individuals or institutional customers with investment intentions.</li> <li>Lead and invest in the negotiation meeting, clearly communicate the business model, investment advantages and expected return mechanism of the youth hostel project.</li> <li>Provide personalized investment solutions based on different investors' needs, assist them in completing project evaluation, decision-making and signing procedures.</li> <li>Establish and maintain long-term investor relations, promote subsequent expansion opportunities at strategic locations, and drive word-of-mouth referrals to enhance brand influence and market share.</li> <li>Support the company's development strategy, support the early promotion and investment layout of the newly opened youth apartment project, and especially integrate resources for the two large-scale youth apartment projects that are about to start construction.</li> </ul> <br> Work requirements<br><br> <ul> <li>Have sales, business development or real estate related field practical work experience, those with investment consulting background are especially good.</li> <li>Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and persuasion skills, be able to quickly establish customer trust and effectively guide their decision-making direction.</li> <li>Active and proactive, with strong self-motivation and goal-oriented, able to work independently and achieve set performance indicators.</li> <li>Familiar with the development trend of China's domestic tourism accommodation market, those who understand the sharing economy, creative space or youth hostel industry are preferred.</li> <li>Able to adapt to frequent travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong, with good time management and cross-regional coordination skills.</li> </ul>
