Job Description Responsibilities: * Support the Administration Department and Sales Department for general clerical works; * Maintaining sales and project-related records, preparing reports as requested; * Assist the Sales Team in sales & marketing coordination works, and organizing marketing events/seminars; * Support in new orders placement and answering customers enquiries; * Preparing quotations, sales contracts and invoices; * Provide support in updating project files; * Supporting an effective implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) operations (i.e. ISO) in the company; and * Assist in ad hoc duties when required and perform any other duties as requested by the company at any time and from time to time. * Working hours at least 24 hours per week: Monday - Friday (9:00-18:00) * Hourly rate: HK$100-120 Qualification & Requirements: * With tertiary education qualification preferred, undergraduate or fresh graduates in any discipline are welcomed * Familiar with MS Word and Excel (a must), with knowledge in Autocad or other technical drawing software is advantage * Good command of Chinese and English (both reading and writing) * Reliable, attentive to details and willing to learn * With good communication skills and proactive * Immediate available is highly preferred * Working Location: Sai Ying Pun Salary and Benefits Package: * $100-120/小時 * On-the-job Training will be provided
