1. Provide clinical technical consulting and guidance for customers as well as professional field technical support;
2. Assist in the formulation and implementation of clinical professional education plans, provide clinical technical support and training related to products for customers;
3. Responsible for the sale of Class II consumable products within the region, assist in formulating and implementing regional sales plans;
4. Participate in academic conferences / forums within the region to promote the clinical end of the product promotion;
5. Help customers complete academic literature searches and slide preparations related to the product;
6. Collect feedback from customers on the use of products in clinical settings, handle basic customer complaints, assist in conducting product complaint investigations, and provide investigation reports to customers;
7. Build and maintain relationships with key partners within the region through activities such as product training, technical support, and joint visits, working to foster and enhance their capabilities and loyalty;
8. As a technical expert, provide clinical technical support and solutions, assisting customers in understanding and mastering the characteristics and operational norms of the product during surgery.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in medicine, preferential consideration if you have experience in operating room follow-up;
2. Strong learning ability, able to actively learn and acquire clinical professional knowledge related to the product;
3. Positive attitude, responsible, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to high travel frequency;
4. Previous experience in medical industry sales or clinical technical support;
5. Able to accept work in the operating room;
6. Good customer management and distributor management experience;
7. Proficient in office software.
