Service Engineer

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers’ security system issues</p></li><li><p>Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training</p></li><li><p>Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers</p></li><li><p>Ensure quality of Convergint services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the region</p></li><li><p>Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved</p></li><li><p>Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma/Certificate or Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline</p></li><li><p>With relevant experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is considered a plus</p></li><li><p>IT knowledge in hardware, network and databases</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability</p></li><li><p>Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently</p></li><li><p>Customer-oriented</p></li><li><p>Willing to work overtime which will be entitled to OT pay</p></li><li><p>Immediately Available Preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li><p>Annual Leave</p></li><li><p>Birthday Leave</p></li><li><p>Certificate Training</p></li><li><p>Group Medical Insurance</p></li><li><p>Quarterly Bonus</p></li></ul>
