As a core reserve of management trainees, we will work towards the goal of "building on current business accumulations and preparing for global market expansion". This will include:

• Build an efficient internal and external collaboration bridge, accurately synchronize customer needs to product, technology, etc. Teams, participate in product optimization discussions, push for iterative improvement of solution, and form a "requirement - landing - feedback" closed loop;

• Responsible for tracking and analyzing customer data, regularly outputting visualized data reports and PPT summaries, and providing data support for business adjustments and customer service optimization;

• Actively participate in the company's global business cultivation plan, and those who perform well will have the opportunity to participate in overseas market expansion projects, responsible for regional sales team management and market expansion work.

Hope you are:

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with clients and teams from different cultural backgrounds;

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented awareness, outstanding execution ability, and positive response to sales position pressure; excellent team spirit;

• Smart, honest, and hard-working, and eager to actively learn New knowledge and share practical experience, with strong empathy and excellent listening skills for customer needs;

• Have a global vision, be able to accept short-term overseas business trips, and willing to be long-term assigned to overseas markets to develop workers are preferred.
