Prospecting & Strategy:</p><ul><li><p>Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, processes, and objectives.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of our digital solutions.</p></li></ul><p>2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:</p><ul><li><p>Own and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.</p></li><li><p>Manage the entire sales process, including needs analysis, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.</p></li></ul><p>3. Solution Presentation & Proposal Preparation:</p><ul><li><p>Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tailored presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.</p></li></ul><p>4. Customer Success & Relationship Management:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with project implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction post-sale.</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships to secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p>2. Experience:</p><ul><li><p>3-5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling application software, SaaS, or complex digital/technology solutions. Experience in PropTech or the real estate industry is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><p>3. Skills & Competencies:</p><ul><li><p>Sales Expertise: Mastery of solution-selling and consultative sales methodologies. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.</p></li><li><p>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Languages: Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
