1. Strictly follow the company's standard process for position operations
2. Control food costs, sanitation management, kitchen safety supervision and implementation
3. Familiar with operations management, supervise the speed and quality of food delivery
4. Responsible for restaurant personnel management, including recruitment, training, development and retention of staff
5. Responsible for the quality of the store's output and food safety
Entry qualifications:
1. Have Chinese food chain brand management experience
2. Familiar with the kitchen management of chain restaurants, good cost control ability
3. Have good team management and leadership skills, and be able to effectively stimulate team work enthusiasm
4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to effectively coordinate and handle employee relations
5. Love the food and beverage industry, with a good attitude towards work and professional ethics
