Building security guards

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daytime entrance and exit and public areas of a specified property or building, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

• Strictly enforce visitor registration, document verification, and vehicle entry and exit control procedures to maintain building entry and exit order and traceability.

• Monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) footage and alarm system operation, and immediately record any abnormalities and report them to higher authorities or relevant departments according to the procedure.

• Assist in handling sudden events such as dispute mediation, minor accident site maintenance, initial fire response, etc., and activate the emergency reporting mechanism according to the guidance.

• Regularly inspect fire equipment, emergency exits and building facilities, and report and follow up maintenance arrangements if any damage or abnormalities are found.

• Age is not limited, work is simple

• Must hold a Hong Kong security personnel license (commonly known as a "security card"), and the license must be valid; no criminal record, good character.

• Have basic communication skills and service awareness, and be able to respond to residents, visitors and personnel from collaborating units in a polite and stable manner.

• If on duty on weekends or public holidays.

• Enjoy annual leave, 4 days with service years; and also enjoy labor leave and sick leave rights according to the law.

• Hourly rate of 60 yuan, working 10 hours a day,

• Working hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with one week off
