Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner, and maintain a high and stable service process.
Conduct business data analysis, develop and push forward performance growth strategies, continuously track execution effectiveness, and lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships, actively handle customer feedback, enhance dining experience and satisfaction, and strengthen brand image.
Responsible for recruiting, training and team building of store personnel, developing talent pipelines, and promoting employee growth and retention.
Reasonably schedule employee shifts according to operational needs, flexibly allocate manpower, and ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
Supervise the store's inventory count, strictly control food costs and inventory, and ensure that product quality, service level, and environmental cleanliness meet company standards.
Work requirements
Have 5 years or more of restaurant industry management experience, familiar with the entire process of restaurant operations, and those with Hong Kong regional restaurant management experience are preferred.
Have strong result-oriented thinking, good at motivating teams and leading subordinates, and have talent development and organizational development capabilities.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good communication and expression skills.
Working location is determined by the company based on project arrangements.
