<p>Core responsibilities</p><p>1.**Information System Management**: Responsible for the operation, maintenance and upgrade of core business information systems, including sales terminals (POS) platform, inventory management system, logistics software and Microsoft 365/Enterprise Collaboration Tools, ensuring data accuracy, system interoperability, and consistency with regional business processes. </p><p>2.**IT infrastructure monitoring** : Coordinate the end-to-end operation of IT infrastructure in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other regions, covering LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, desktop and mobile devices, server systems, monitoring operating performance and troubleshooting to ensure that the uptime (operating time) of retail and office critical systems reaches 99.9% or above. </p><p>3. <strong>Information Systems and Technology Project Delivery</strong>: Lead cross-functional information systems and technology projects, including new store opening system/infrastructure setup, office relocation technology integration and system upgrade, and be fully responsible for requirement definition, supplier management, deployment implementation, user training and post-launch support. </p><p>4. **Retail event information system and technical support:** Plan and implement information system and technical solutions for high-end retail events (such as new product previews, custom services, private shopping guides, and product launches) , including temporary system configuration, network setup, sales terminal deployment, and real-time technical support, to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. </p><p>5、**Terminal user support and compliance management** : Provide first/second level (L1/L2) technical support to store and office users of the information system and IT infrastructure, ensure that more than 80% of problems are solved within 24 hours; ensure that the regional information system and technical operations comply with global IT policies, data privacy regulations and luxury retail industry standards. </p><p>Job Requirements</p><p></p><p>2. Priority will be given to those with luxury fashion brand retail information system management experience, relevant professional certification, or omni-channel system integration, luxury retail activity-specific technical solution experience, and the ability to predict business growth IT support needs. At least 4 years of progressive work experience in information systems and technology management, of which at least 3 years must be in luxury retail or high-end consumer goods industry.</p><p>3. In-depth understanding of retail information systems, familiar with sales terminal system, inventory management software and logistics applications (with luxury retail dedicated platform practical experience is crucial); - Have infrastructure management skills, be familiar with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network management (with Cisco/Meraki device knowledge is preferred), device management tools (Microsoft Intune/Jamf) and system integration best practices; - Understand the ITIL framework (event, problem, change management) and retail information system related data security protocols.</p><p></p><p>5. Need to be familiar with Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan IT supervision, local supplier ecosystem and luxury retail operating needs. </p><p>6. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, able to accurately connect technical and non-technical parties and global teams.</p>
