Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily communication with customers, coordinating engineering project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of various services.
Follow up on customer technical needs and complaints, arrange internal technical team support and provide solutions.
Organize and submit engineering service reports, meeting minutes and related documents to ensure accurate and complete information.
Assist in arranging on-site investigation, installation and acceptance, and maintain close contact with the construction team and customer.
Maintain customer database, regularly update project status, and enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Work requirements

College degree or above, engineering, mechanics and electricity, architecture or related professional is preferred.
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to have fluent conversations in Cantonese, and those who understand Mandarin are even better.
Familiar with basic office software operations, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
Responsibility and good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and complete them on time.
Applicants with customer service or engineering support experience are preferred, but fresh graduates can also be considered.
