Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant completion.
Engage deeply in project requirements research and promote collaboration between business and technical teams to develop feasible solutions.
Efficiently coordinate resources across product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration towards unified goals.
Identify and assess risks and bottlenecks in projects, formulating countermeasures and resolving key issues to ensure smooth project advancement.
Manage multiple parallel projects in complex environments, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resource use.
Analyze project progress and effectiveness through data, providing a basis for project optimization.
Drive improvements in project management processes to enhance team efficiency and project quality, promoting agile practices within the team.
Regularly report project status, key risks, progress, and outcomes to management, providing clear decision support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Over 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in managing complex or cross-departmental projects in the internet industry.
Familiarity with the internet product development lifecycle; a technical background is preferred (e.g., knowledge of microservices, distributed architecture, or data platforms).
Proficient in project management methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, Kanban), with relevant certifications preferred.
Strong risk identification and management skills, capable of devising effective solutions in uncertain and dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively drive collaboration across departments and functions.
Proficient in mainstream project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
Data-sensitive, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Quick learner, able to rapidly grasp relevant knowledge in complex business scenarios.

Effective coordination of product, technology, operations, marketing, etc. Ensure that all parties collaborate efficiently under a unified goal.
Identify and evaluate risks and bottlenecks in the project, develop mitigation measures, and solve key issues to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
In a complex environment, simultaneously manage multiple parallel projects, prioritize them reasonably, and optimize resource utilization.
Through data analysis to evaluate project progress and effectiveness, and provide evidence for project optimization.
Push for project management process optimization, improve team efficiency and project quality, and promote agile practices in the team.
Regularly report project status, key risks, progress and outcomes to management, providing clear decision support.

Requirements:
