Senior QA Technologist – Cosmetic or Skincare

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the suppliers will deliver safe, legal and quality products which are sourced from suppliers with ethical labour standards;
• Design, deliver and manage tiered product specifications for all retail markets and ensure consistent quality and value are delivered at all times;
• Work closely with teams in sourcing, buying and technical departments in different countries and ensure clear communication;
• Ensure that all products pass the required tests before launch and thorough investigation follow up and reporting of customer complaints take place.

Requirements:

• With at least 6 years working experience in Beauty (Cosmetic/Skincare) Products including new product development, production, safety and quality assurance requirements of formulated products;
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of working well with suppliers and other internal departments;
• Good communication and influencing skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
