<p>Our client is a manufacturing and trading office seeking an organized Secretary/Personal Assistant to support our bosses, manage office administrative tasks, and handle HR duties.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Support multiple bosses by managing their calendars, emails, travel, and meetings.</p><p>• Oversee office admin tasks (supplies, files, correspondence, office maintenance)</p><p>• Handle HR duties (onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, payroll system, recruitment support)</p><p>• Maintain a professional and efficient office environment</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>•High Diploma or above</p><ul><li><p>Min 4 yrs in secretarial / personal assistant experience</p></li></ul><p>• Good spoken and written English and Chinese</p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p><p>•Short notice is an advantage</p><p></p><p></p>
