Duties:
1. Customer acquisition and maintenance
-Regularly visit existing customers, deeply understand their financial situation, investment objectives, risk preferences and life planning, etc., provide personalized wealth consulting services to customers, enhance customer stickiness, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce customer churn rate.
2. Investment plan formulation
-Based on the client's financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, apply professional knowledge and financial tools to tailor a comprehensive and scientific wealth management plan for the client, covering stock, fund, bond, insurance, trust, and other types of financial product allocation advice.
-Real-time tracking of financial market dynamics, macroeconomic trends and policy changes, regular evaluation and optimization of customer investment portfolios, timely provision of market analysis reports and investment adjustment advice to customers, and ensuring that investment solutions always meet customer needs and market conditions.
3. Product sales and services
Familiar with the characteristics, advantages and risk-reward features of various financial products of the company, accurately introduce products to customers, assist customers in completing product subscription, application and redemption transactions, and ensure that transaction operations are compliant, accurate and efficient.
-Provide timely and professional answers and support to customers’ questions and problems in product investment, handle customer complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-Establish and improve customer information files, use customer relationship management systems (CRM) to effectively manage and analyze customer information, deeply mine customer potential needs, and provide strong support for precision marketing and customer service.
Organize and participate in various customer activities, such as investment lectures, high-end salons, and private boards, to enhance the company's brand image and strengthen customers' trust and recognition of the company.
Requirements:
1. Educational qualifications and work experience: Must have a college degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in handling large customers
