One. Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative work
·Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's daily office environment, including the purchase, maintenance and repair of office equipment, ensuring the office area is clean and the equipment is running normally.
·Arrange company meetings, including the reservation of meeting rooms, preparation of meeting materials, writing of meeting minutes and follow-up work after the meeting, to promote the effective execution of meeting decisions.
·Handle the company's daily administrative affairs, such as mail reception and delivery, letter mailing, visitor reception, etc., and create a good external image for the company.
2. Human resources work
·Assist in the development and improvement of the company's human resources management system and processes, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, etc. System optimization.
· Participate in the company's recruitment work, publish job information, screen resumes, organize interviews, and recruit suitable talents for the company, enriching team strength.
·Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as employee file management and updating, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of personnel files.
·Assist in organizing employee training and development activities, track training results, and enhance employees’ professional skills and comprehensive quality.
·Focus on employee relations, timely handle employee inquiries and feedback, assist in resolving labor disputes, and create a harmonious work atmosphere.
II. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, administrative management, etc. Relevant professional priority.
2. Have 1 to 3 years of administrative and human resources-related work experience, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
3. Familiar with Hong Kong's labor laws and regulations, understand the administrative work process and human resources management system.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively communicate with people from different departments and solve problems.
5. Work seriously and responsibly, be patient and careful, have strong organizational and execution abilities, and be able to efficiently complete various tasks.
6. Proficient in Office office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
7. Have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to handle English emails and files.
