Greet customers warmly, handle appointment arrangements and various inquiries, and provide professional and warm counter services
Actively introduce and recommend nail care products and services in the store, assist customers in selecting suitable items, and enhance sales performance
Responsible for daily store operations support, including product display, inventory management, environment cleaning and image maintenance, ensuring the store is clean and orderly
Proficient in operating the cash register system, accurately handling cash and electronic payments, and properly managing daily sales and receipts
Support the team in completing temporary tasks such as event support, material replenishment, and customer data registration, etc., to ensure smooth service operation
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of retail or service industry experience, with a preference for holding an associate degree or advanced diploma
Cantonese is the main communication language, with basic Mandarin and English conversational skills, and able to cater to diverse customer groups
Careful and steady personality, reliable and punctual, with a high sense of responsibility and service enthusiasm, and cheerful and sincere smiles
Have good team spirit, be willing to learn New knowledge (such as wearing nail product characteristics and care knowledge), and cooperate with the store's work schedule
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or a holder of a valid work visa; working hours are from 12:00 noon to 8:30 pm daily, with flexible time slots that can be discussed
