Quality Director<br>Job Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, etc. standards. </li><li>Proficient in the VDA6.3 process audit of the automotive system, and able to lead internal and external process audits with customers and suppliers.</li><li>Lead supplier quality audit and management, ensure incoming materials meet company standards, and drive suppliers to continuously improve.</li><li>Coordinate quality control work in the production process, supervise the quality implementation of each link, prevent and solve production abnormal problems.</li><li>Responsible for handling customer complaints and quality abnormalities, organizing investigation and analysis and proposing effective corrective and preventive measures.</li><li>Develop and optimize internal quality standards, inspection procedures and related process documents to improve overall quality management.</li></ul><br>Requirements:<br><ul><li>Have more than five years of quality management experience in the hardware stamping and manufacturing industry, with at least two years of experience as a quality manager in the automotive parts industry.</li><li>Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 quality and environmental management systems, and have practical implementation and maintenance experience.</li><li>Proficient in using office software (such as WPS, PPT, CAD) and drawing software (such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, UG, CATIA).</li><li></li><li>Proficient in the five major tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP), with strong problem analysis and solving skills.</li></ul>
