Position: Program & Engagement Officer

Full-time, remote

Salary range: negotiable (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and needs assessments to identify learning objectives, content gaps, and target audience requirements for new or existing curriculum.

• Develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, and workshop plans that align with the company’s educational goals and standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training and empowerment programs and workshops for the elderly, VIPs and caretakers.

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of project management, execution, and/or research experience, preferably in curriculum building.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development and research.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Proficient in using CRM and engagement tracking tools.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

This device was developed by a startup company based in Hong Kong, using the most advanced artificial intelligence and computer vision algorithms to make the lives of the elderly and visually impaired (VIPs) easier and safer.

Position: Project Manager

Full-time

Salary range: negotiable

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and develop a syllabus and content for a digital literacy course for the visually impaired and the elderly.

• Plan and execute course frameworks and work, making them consistent with the company's education goals and standards.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to design and provide training and support for the elderly, the visually impaired and caregivers.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan, analyze the results and make improvements.

• Prepare and plan reports and documents related to activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 4 years of project management, execution and/or research experience, with course design experience given priority.

• Have product development and research focus to solve problems.

• Fulfilment shareholder coordination, communication and project management skills and experience.

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Make good use of CRM and other similar tools.
