<li>Manage the daily operations of the customer service team, optimize the user experience, and take ownership of KPIs, such as user satisfaction and user activity level</li>
<li>Design and execute campaigns and topics aligned with business objectives, trending events, and user needs to drive growth and activation.</li>
<li>Analyze the product and business, integrate data and user research, promote the optimization of product features and operational strategies, and propose and drive product requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the product R & D teams in Shanghai and Silicon Valley to deliver exceptional geek-centric products.</li>

<p><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of user and community operations experience; Having experience in building projects from the beginning are preferred.</li>
<li>Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Based in Hong Kong or Shanghai, Hong Kong permanent residency is required.</li>
<li>Proficient in Zendesk and data tools like Google Analytics, Shence Data, and GrowingIO.</li>
<li>Strong user empathy, excellent communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a solid understanding of community operations frameworks.</li>
<li>Interested in and having a certain understanding of technical fields such as AI, technology, programming, and algorithms, and proficient in AI tools.</li>
