Responsibilities Work Responsibilities:

Monitor the daily operations of car parks in various districts, including security systems, handling of emergency incidents, customer enquiries and work closely with colleagues at various parking lots

Monitor the daily operation of each parking lot, including safety systems, handling emergencies, customer inquiries, and working with colleagues at each parking lot

Close cooperation.

Respond to vehicle accidents, customer complaints, or other unexpected situations promptly and provide effective solutions for the car-sharing service

Handle vehicle accidents, customer complaints or other unexpected situations, and provide effective solutions for shared car services.

Diploma or above in any discipline

Diploma or above academic degree

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a control room, customer service or equivalent

At least 1 year of control room, customer service or related work experience

Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English oral and written skills

Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Flexibly respond to and handle tasks assigned by superiors

Flexible response and handling of work assigned by superiors

Willing to take overnight shift duty would be an advantage

Accept overnight shifts first

Holder with a valid HK driving licence with Class 1 would be an advantage

Preference will be given to those with a valid Hong Kong formal driving license (Class 1)
