Handle internal administrative affairs of the company, covering file archiving, meeting scheduling, office supplies procurement and supplier coordination, etc.;
Assist in the compilation and organization of financial statements, support annual auditing and tax declaration related data preparation;
Manage company contract files and important certificates, ensure their validity and update timeliness, and complete the renewal or reporting within the prescribed period;
Collaborate with departments to handle employee allowance reimbursement, payroll data processing, and related human resources and administrative support work.
Work requirements
Have a college degree or above, majoring in accounting and finance is preferred;
Having 1 to 3 years of financial or administrative work experience, familiar with the Hong Kong Companies Act and basic tax operations (such as profit tax and salary tax declaration process);
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic functions and data sorting), Word, and commonly used accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero or local common systems);
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to clearly write internal reports, emails and external liaison documents;
Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to balance multiple tasks and deliver them on time, with basic confidentiality awareness and professional ethics.
