Duties:
1. Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the project;
2. Supervise and handle complaints, monitor and manage the execution of contracts related to property, and promptly handle complaints and disputes to maintain the company's reputation and image;
3. Responsible for the collection of project rental fees;
4. Supervise and develop the implementation of the optimized supervision and property management manual, and continuously improve and perfect it;
5. Follow up on project progress, control the completion of each branch task, and ensure that the project achieves its predetermined goals.
6. Collaborative marketing case site management, early involvement, handover and acceptance, and operations management;
Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree or above;
2. Proficient in the specific details, standards, and procedures of property management services, familiar with property management-related laws and regulations;
3. Have strong emergency response ability, thinking and judgment ability, strong stress resistance ability, public relations ability, coordination and execution ability;
4. Have high team spirit, be able to mobilize team enthusiasm, and improve work efficiency:
5. Proficient in Cantonese and English.
