<p>Main work responsibilities:<br>1. Customer service and demand identification: Take on the after-sales service work after the copywriting submission, respond promptly to customer needs, and answer questions about identity post-taxation, annual audit, login, and other related issues; maintain customer archives and communication records to ensure that customer information is compliant, complete, and traceable;<br><br>3. Familiar with the identity planning policies of various countries, adhering to the principles of "information transparency and compliance first"; strictly enforce privacy protection and data security regulations in the service process, and not disclose customer information.<br>4. Continuous service and customer relationship maintenance: Regularly follow up with customers, track service satisfaction and future planning needs;<br>5. Internal support and system operations: Use the group CRM/ICRM system to input data, generate reports, upload customer files or approve application documents;<br>6. Assist in optimizing the identity planning service process, propose business improvement suggestions;<br>7. Support training newcomers and assisting with compliance audits, risk control, etc. Check work</p><p></p><p>1.Take over after-sales service work following document submission.</p><p>Respond promptly to client needs and handle inquiries related to subsequent tax filing, annual review, account login, and other identity-related matters.</p><p>Maintain detailed client profiles and communication records to ensure all information is compliant, complete, and traceable.</p><p>2.Program Coordination and Process Management</p><p>Assist in implementing the full post-planning process, including document preparation, internal coordination, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.</p><p>3.Policy Familiarity and Compliance,Maintain a thorough understanding of identity planning policies across different jurisdictions.</p><p>Uphold the service principles of information transparency and compliance first.</p><p>Strictly follow privacy protection and data security standards during all service procedures; disclosure of client information is strictly prohibited.</p><p>4.Ongoing Service and Client Relationship Maintenance</p><p>Conduct regular client follow-ups to monitor satisfaction levels and identify additional service or planning needs.</p><p>5.Internal Support and System Operation</p><p>Utilize the group’s CRM/ICRM systems to input data, generate reports, and upload client documents or approval materials accurately and timely.</p><p>6.Service Process Optimization</p><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of identity planning workflows and propose business optimization recommendations based on operational insights.</p><p>7.Training and Compliance Support</p><p>Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.</p><p>Provide support for compliance, audit, and risk control inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Job requirement:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, international trade, taxation or wealth management, with preference given to related fields;</p><p>2. Have some experience in cross-border finance, immigration or other services;</p><p>3. Have professional communication and problem-solving skills;</p><p>4. English or Cantonese/ daily English communication skills are good;</p><p>5. Have good service awareness and customer confidentiality sensitivity.</p><p></p><p>1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Law, International Trade, Taxation, or Wealth Management–related fields;</p><p>2.Experience in cross-border finance, immigration, or other client service–related sectors is preferred;</p><p>3.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with professional client interaction capabilities;</p><p>4.Good command of English or Cantonese, able to handle daily business communication fluently;</p><p>5.High level of service awareness and strong sense of client confidentiality and data sensitivity.</p>
