Operations Director

1. Growth and market (Growth & Marketing)

Build an agent system: Design and optimize a hierarchical agent incentive mechanism, establish a global KOL and channel matrix, and achieve low-cost customer acquisition.

2. Platform Governance & Retention

Game-based operation: Responsible for the design of daily promotions, tournaments, and task systems, ensuring platform 24/7 active heat.

3. Risk Management & Math Balance

Value monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the kill rate (Hold Rate) and return rate (RTP) of various types of games to ensure platform mathematical advantage.

Anti-fraud: Coordinate anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-cheating teams, identify professional arbitrageurs, hackers, and multiple account associations.

4. Team & Compliance

Cross-departmental collaboration: Coordinate product, technical, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure rapid product iteration and compliance with licensing requirements.

Industry experience: More than 5 years of game or Web3 core operating experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 20 or more people.

Mathematical sensitivity: Deep understanding of game theory and probability theory, able to discover operational loopholes from data models.

Web3 cognition: In-depth understanding of decentralized wallets, smart contract interaction, mainstream token ecology and community culture.

Language ability: English can be used as a working language (requiring direct interaction with global agents and compliance institutions).
