Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling daily administrative work, including file management, printing and photocopying, etc. Answer the phone and provide clear information to customers and properly record related content. Assist in receiving customers who come to apply for loans to ensure they have a good first impression and service experience. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all file and document information, and complete assigned tasks on time by your supervisor. Coordinate internal team communication, maintain a high-efficiency work environment to support company operating needs. In addition, you need to regularly check and update customer databases to ensure information timeliness and accuracy. Participate in various meetings, record meeting minutes and follow up on subsequent action items.
