Building Property Manager

Requirements:

1. Age 20-40, male or female, fluent in Cantonese;

2. Secondary school education or above, 3 years of relevant work experience, holding a "Quality Assurance System Accredited Security Course Certificate and Security Officer Permit" is preferred;

Duties:

1. Patrol: Visitor registration, handling customer complaints, and checking vehicle records;

2. Independently execute daily high-rise building management work (for example: monitor the service performance and standards of external contractors, including security/cleaning/gardening and subcontractors);

3. If necessary, assist in arranging emergency repairs;
