interiors designer (Sales & Design)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fitting out projects<br>• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets<br>• Responsible for organizing and completing the interior design projects<br>• Be able to handle drawing works such as construction drawings, perspective drawings, electrical drawings and technical drawings etc.<br>• Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow to ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations.<div><br><div>•Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above<br>• 2 years or above work experience in<br>Interior Design & Sales<br>• Passion to explore new markets and new customer<br>• Familiar with interior design and furniture drawings<br>• Proactive, detail-oriented and pleasing personality<br>• Excellent communication and<br>collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams<br>• Good command of written and spoken<br>English and Cantonese<br>• Proficient in works' software: SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, MS Office<br>• Immediate available is an advantage<br></div></div>
