Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the technical aspects of HRMS projects, including system configuration, customization, and data migration processes.
Provide technical and operational consultation, delivering tailored solutions based on client requirements and use cases.
Utilize SQL and C# to perform configuration and customization tasks.
Assess the quality and performance of delivered tasks and features.
Support clients by providing technical consultation and assistance.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for the HR System Specialist Trainee role).
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
