Senior Product Manager

<p>Duties:<br>1. Responsible for the design and implementation of traditional web2 payment and Web3 payment products;<br>2. Responsible for communicating with upstream and downstream cooperation institutions on products and technical docking, including payment institutions, overseas banks, exchanges and Web3 enterprises;<br>3. Have self-motivation, be proactive in deeply understanding customer needs, researching market conditions, comparing competitors, determining standardized product design, and presenting it in the form of a PRD document;<br>4. Follow up on the version, work efficiently with technical developers, bridge the gap between front-end and back-end, ensure that developers understand product requirements accurately and on time, and ensure that new products are successfully launched and of high quality;<br>5. Follow up on the new product MVP from 0 to 1 market validation, find the target audience with common needs and replicable application scenarios, and continuously manage product updates based on market feedback;<br>6. Continuously research the product situation of peer companies in the market, collect information on competitive product advantages and disadvantages, and differentiation. <br><br>Requirements:<br><br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, mathematics/finance/statistics/IT/computer/software/communications or related engineering science major is preferred;<br>2. More than three years of work experience, banking, payment companies, blockchain, Web3, PSP, Internet finance and other related industry backgrounds, those who have experience in building and operating a payment gateway product for card acceptance are preferred;<br>3. Have strong logical thinking, have some understanding of technology, be good at transforming business requirements into product design, and produce high-quality PRD documents; be able to seamlessly connect with technical development departments, high-efficiently Collaborate to push product implementation;<br>4. Interested in Web3 and electronic payment industries, willing to devote myself to related work fields, strong self-learning ability, steady and practical personality, and emphasis on team collaboration;<br>5. Proficient in using tools such as Markman, Axure, and XMind.</p>
