Main responsibilities:
1. Plan recreational and social activities for hospitalized older adults;
2. Provide counseling and handle emergencies;
3. Plan group activities and accompany the elderly to participate in outdoor activities;
4. Responsible for asset record and management, etc.;
5. Submit and fill out statistical data and submit it to the relevant department;
6. Receive visitors;
7. When necessary, escort residents to and from hospitals or clinics;
8. Contact the relatives of alumni;
9. Responsible for assisting the elderly with shopping and handling financial matters;
10. Regarding the needs and difficulties of the hospital friends, we must communicate and discuss with the nursing staff to find a solution;
11. Participate in employee training plans;
12. Arrange the funeral of hospitalized elders and handle their inheritance;
13. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
14. The Association may assign staff to other units according to human resources needs.
Entry Requirements:
- Diploma or above, majoring in social work or related subjects;
- Hold a valid social worker registration certificate;
- More than 1 year of experience, those with experience in serving the elderly are preferred;
- Have management, leadership and crisis response abilities;
- Have the ability to work with different professional teams;
- Familiar with computer applications;
- Have love and patience, and be enthusiastic about serving the elderly;
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English, able to write fluent reports.
