<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Support the trust director in expanding business, the trust team closely cooperate, and handle cross-jurisdictional trust affairs. </p><p>Assist in the establishment of a new trust structure, follow up continuously, and coordinate with customers and various parties.</p><p>Responsible for customer account opening, handling related documents and coordinating work. </p><p>Perform the trustee's trust obligations, process statutory files, and ensure the integrity of client files and commonly used file folders.</p><p>Closely monitor market dynamics to understand the latest trust management processes and relevant laws and regulations.</p><p>Responsible for managing daily trustee operations to ensure proper supervision of trust activities and compliance with regulatory agency rules and guidelines, regulations and trust agreements.</p><p>Responsible for customer service, communicating with customers and maintaining relationships.</p><p>Comply with regulatory requirements, communicate and manage related matters with customers.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Bachelor's degree or trust and finance professional qualification in financial, accounting, law or business.</p><p>At least 3 years of trust industry-related experience, those with CTP/STEP/CGI/HKCGI membership qualifications are preferred.</p><p>At least 3-5 years of experience in trustee services.</p><p>Familiar with various (including complex) trust and company products.</p><p>Have knowledge of the establishment and management of onshore and offshore trusts.</p><p>Proficient in the Trust and Company Service Provider Licence (TCSP), Trustee Act and Companies Registry Rules and Guidance.</p><p>Have excellent customer service skills and a high sense of responsibility.</p><p>Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin.</p><p>Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and focus on details.</p>
